During my final year at University, I was tasked with creating two 20-minute sports documentaries. I both filmed and edited these projects myself.

Over the course of three months I documented the daily workings of Carney’s Community, a boxing gym in London Battersea which exists to support disadvantaged young people, and targets those who are involved in the criminal justice system.

Documenting Basketball in London was chosen to show how the London Basketball Association and the charity GG3X3 both try to support and encourage people to participate in basketball. Both documentaries aimed to tell compelling stories of the different participants.

Filmed & edited multiple videos for EBT, Anthony Aluko and various different Premier League players & academy players. Montage style videos were created for professional football players with two highly respected football coaches.

Edited press conference content for use in live studio broadcasts and supported editorial ideas for pre-recorded review shows.

Shadowed key gallery roles across four live studio productions (pre-match, post-match, weekend roundup), gaining insight into live broadcast workflows.

Conducted opposition statistical research for Liverpool fixtures and supported the social media team with future content planning and Christmas campaign ideas.
